Meet Pastor Woodhouse

Pastor Scott Woodhouse recently graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne with a master’s in divinity. A former teacher of seven years, Pastor Woodhouse started his education at the seminary in the spring of 2020.  Prior to his teaching career he spent three years as a graduate student in philosophy at the University of Virginia and received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Valparaiso University.  Pastor Woodhouse grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa and his wife Christine is from Mexico, Missouri.  She has a degree in classical studies from the University of Missouri and works in retail management.  Pastor Woodhouse was installed as pastor of St. James on July 14, 2024.
